You’re invited to join the InspireCIO Slack Workspace!

Many Members have asked about ways to leverage the benefits of connecting with the 1000+ InspireCIO Members across 25 Chapters.

Within the InspireCIO Workspace, you will find private Chapter and Advisory Board channels for collaboration within your local Chapter and key InspireCIO Teammates only, along with many channels on key discussion topics, industries, network-wide events, and more.

‘The answer is in the room’, and with the InspireCIO Workspace, you have access to a much larger ‘room’ in which to seek and give answers!

How do I access the InspireCIO Slack workspace?

If you are an InspireCIO Member, you will receive an email invitation to join the InspireCIO Workspace.  If for some reason you do not receive an email invitation from Slack, or otherwise cannot access the Workspace, you can go here and add the Workspace by searching by your email.

How do I set up my Slack Profile?

Once you have accepted the Slack invitation, you’ll want to set up your profile.

1. From your desktop, click the default profile picture in the top right.
2. Click Profile from the menu, then click Edit profile.
3. Add a professional ‘LinkedIn styled’ photo
4. Add your Full Name (for example Robert Smith) and how you want your Display Name (Rob Smith)
5. Under ‘Title’, please put your Title, Organization, and InspireCIO Chapter Membership. If you’d like, you can add some more descriptions to your organization and role.
6. Click Save Changes.
